No Returns Policy
- Due to the custom and delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting support@theroyaldecors.co.uk. Include a description and photos of the damage for our review.

Replacements
- For items verified as damaged or defective upon arrival, we will provide a replacement at no additional charge. Please note that replacements may take an additional week for preparation and dispatch.

Non-Eligible Returns
- Returns are not accepted for reasons other than verified damage or defect upon arrival.
