At The Royal Decors, each piece is crafted with care, and we take quality seriously. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please review our returns and replacement policy below.

  1. No Returns Policy

    • Due to the custom and delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
  2. Damaged or Defective Items

    • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting support@theroyaldecors.co.uk. Include a description and photos of the damage for our review.
  3. Replacements

    • For items verified as damaged or defective upon arrival, we will provide a replacement at no additional charge. Please note that replacements may take an additional week for preparation and dispatch.
  4. Non-Eligible Returns

    • Returns are not accepted for reasons other than verified damage or defect upon arrival.
