Exchanges
Since each item is made to order, exchanges are not available. However, if you need a different size or finish, please reach out to us within 48 hours of placing your order to discuss options for customization.
Returns
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or is incorrect. If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only for orders that qualify under our return policy. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. We will notify you via email once the refund has been issued.
